Salmon poke bowl
Ingredients:
3 broccolini stems, chopped into thirds
3 asparagus spears, chopped into thirds
100g sashimi grade salmon
1/2 cup soba noodles
1 carrot, roughly grated
1/3 cup edamame beans
Method:
- Steam the broccolini and asparagus for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
- Prepare soba noodles as directed on the packet.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and top with chilli flakes, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
