Healthy granola

This granola delivers a host of important nutrients and is made with oats, extra virgin olive oil, fruit as well as nuts and seeds.




  • Preheat the oven to 150° C
  • Add all the ingredients together except the dried blueberries and cranberries in a mixing bowl
  • Place mixture in baking trays and place in the oven for 15 minutes
  • Add dried blueberries and cranberries to mixture and place trays in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown

To serve: add toppings to your bowl of granola as desired e.g. fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt

Makes 12-15 serves
