Pros
The infused extra virgin olive oil range is novel. As far as I’m aware, there’s no other product like it on the market. The oils are great for adding extra flavour to your meals. Also, they’re fantastic for people with fructose intolerance, as the onion and garlic infused oils are low FODMAP.
Cons
Geez, it’s pretty hard to fault the golden oil!

Final word
It’s a winner. These oils are great for roasting vegetables and meats, adding to pasta and stir-fries and for drizzling on salads. Olive oil truly is a wonderful product! In fact, numerous studies have proven olive oil’s ability to cut heart disease by reducing triglycerides and LDL cholesterol (the nasty type) while boosting HDL cholesterol (the good type). It is also chock-a-block full of antioxidants. These compounds, specific to olive oil, appear to have free-radical scavenging properties. This means that olive oil may also have a cancer-lowering effect due to its ability to reduce oxidative damage.
