Blueberry, banana, coconut and chia smoothie bowl

Blueberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

150ml milk

1/2 banana

100g Greek yoghurt

100g fresh or frozen blueberries

2 x Weet-Bix

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve in a bowl and top with fresh berries, banana, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, edible flowers and chia seeds.
