Balsamic strawberry and goat’s cheese bruschetta

Savoury strawberry bruschetta

Ingredients:

½ cup strawberries, quartered

2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Pinch of black pepper

60g goats cheese

A handful of basil leaves

2 slices sourdough bread, toasted

Method:

  • Marinate strawberries in balsamic vinegar and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Spread goat’s cheese on toast and top with marinated strawberries and basil leaves.
