Joel regularly appears on the Channel 10 hit cooking show ‘My Market Kitchen’, preparing dishes using Abbott’s product range. He has also created several recipes and cookbooks featuring clinical supplements. These recipes have been designed for young families, the elderly living in the community, and hospitals and aged care facilities.
Joel delivered a keynote presentation at the annual Abbott Nutrition Hot Topics symposium. He helped lead the ‘Think outside the bowl’ events in 2018 and 2019, where attendees from the aged care sector were invited to learn about the practical applications and benefits of food fortification.
