2 ingredient wholemeal bagels

Wholemeal bagels

1½ cups wholemeal self-raising flour

1 cup Greek yoghurt

Pinch of salt

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (option to use sesame seeds or poppy seeds)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Add flour, yogurt, and salt to a large mixing bowl and combine until well formed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lightly floured benchtop and knead with your hands for 2-3 minutes until it forms a dough with a smooth consistency.
  4. Roll the dough into a ball and cut it into 4 even pieces. Roll each piece into a thick rope shape and press the ends together to form a bagel. Place the bagels on the lined baking tray.
